What is Intentional Intimacy?

A space to build a deeper connection within your body-mind-heart-soul. Centering foundational healing, euni guides clients through private sessions that support in releasing personal limitations, fears, shame, guilt and share associated with relationship, pleasure, intimacy, and connection.. Intentional Intimacy sessions can be experienced solo and are also great for opening, reshaping, or closing connection and relational dynamics within partnership. Sessions can support with expanding of ones perspective of what intimacy, pleasure, and connection beyond what has been experienced before and create space for new avenues of exploration. 

Why it's important?

We live in a society and generation that encourages, celebrates, and supports us in our disregulations. That empowers imbalance between our masculine and feminine energies. We often overthink, overwork, and overanalyze our imperfections, pains, stresses, hardships, traumas and hold stories of oppression, shame, and fear connected to our sexuality inside our bodies from society, religion, and culturally expected norms.

Traditional relationship models and sex education is not inclusive of full body-mind-heart-soul connection and is limited to many oppressive beliefs that actually cause us deep harm. Having spaces that allow us to find safety to unveil our desires, needs, and individuality in intimacy and connection allows us to heal and expand into a more enjoyable, balanced, and healthy existence. 

Who is it for?

Intentional Intimacy is for every body. Because it is something that is customized to an individual's needs, it can be accessible for everyone who desires to feel, experience, explore, and release. The Self Study Lab centers and is actively practicing trauma-informed connection and facilitation so your session can be modified to take you to the place you are desiring while prioritizing the truths of where you are at with discernment. It is strongly advised that you work with multiple practitioners and professionals while also finding and building connections within communities that align with your truths, desired values, and common interests. Healing is our own path and journey to own, but because we are communal creatures, healing is something that can only deeply happen within community.

Couples will be guided through sessions together and have the option to book individual sessions for clearing personal blockages and stagnation and can subscribe to receive access to an online resource and educational library. What's included in an intentional intimacy session inside the Self Study Lab?

Intentional Intimacy sessions are customized per experience. Every session will include a pre-session connection call, negotiation, and agreement. Sessions are malleable and can include:

  • Principles of Tantra, Kink, and BDSM
  • Breath + Body work
  • Exploratory practices and rituals 
  • Guided Movement
  • Reiki + Energy Healing
  • Therapeutic Touch 
  • Debriefing and processing
  • Abhyanga oil massage
  • Meditation + guided meditative experiencing
  • Light sensory play
  • Guided release rituals
  • Nourishment

Every session includes the options to customize your experience with specific needs or requests and options to add on other supports such as custom herbal blends for ongoing support after session or medicinal meal prep. 

How to prepare before your session and what to expect after. 

Before your session, take a few moments to set an intention and gather your thoughts and needs. These may not surface before you arrive, and that is okay, there will be space for this to unfold inside the Self Study Lab. If it's an option for you, it's a good idea to leave some time and space for yourself before and after your session so that you can tend to your own needs and allow the work to settle in before moving back into your day. You may notice motion, release, or additional emotions, feelings, or body responses surface a few hours, days, or weeks following the session. It may be a good idea and supportive for you to book multiple sessions to help you return to balance in your body-mind-heart-soul and is encouraged for you to lean into your support POD and community for additional care.
