What should I expect to experience within a session?

Each session is designed for the people within it and is customized centering collaboration, communication, consent, safety, and ethics at the foundation. The format and flow is similar to create a familiarity and sense of safety, but what we explore and how will vary from session to session depending on what is present for each client. Every session begins space (physically and conversationally) for us to ground into the the container together. We will review boundaries, curiosities, questions, and current needs. During the grounding in, euni will also explain what will be explored for the day, hold space for negotiation, permissions, reflection, and questions. We will move into guided somatic practices that help you explore your connection and consent with your body before moving into sharing space with touch. The session will end in a similar format to how it began with space to return to your own physical body and container, reflect through conversation about your experience, and aftercare suggestions to help with your integration after you leave the space.

What things will we explore during the session?

Self Study sessions center getting out of the head and dropping into the body through guided somatic practices. Sessions include space for talking as well as consensual, platonic touch. Sessions included education that will empower you in ways that allow you to take what was explored and continue your learning beyond the container and can include a mix of modalities such as meditation, breathwork, energywork, tantra, kink, movement, and artistic expressions. Sessions are inherently relational and intimate but are not inclusive of sexual exchange or contact of any form. Parameters will be discussed in our connection call and agreed upon within the booking of your session.

What do I need to bring to the session?

You’ll receive a Client Preparation email that includes details for your session after you booking is confirmed. Within this packet will be information on what to wear and bring to the session, how to prepare beforehand, and how to set up your own aftercare plan following the session. This is also where you’ll find contact information, address and parking instructions.

What type of session should I book to start?

It’s recommended that you book your session based on your interests, needs, and what you are looking to explore in this moment. All sessions center healing, intimacy, and education to empower you to connect with yourself, presence, pleasure, and others deeper. If you’re unsure of where to begin, a REFLECTION sessions is a great start as it’s formatted to provide space for asking questions and gathering information to help you design your own unique path. If you’re ready to dive deeper into this work and desiring to expand and grow in this moment, a MENTORSHIP might be the right alignment for you vs. individual sessions. Private group containers are also an option for people who would like to learn and explore with others in a more communal way. For mentorships or private group containers, please contact euni to discuss further.
